As the Project Manager / Team Leader I'm responsible for the day to day running of the development team, delivering the overall strategy / road map for the team within an Agile environment. I'm also be responsible for the successful delivery of all strategic development projects and act as one of the key points of contact for our clients. Other responsibilities include: software architecture and development, recruiting, coaching, keeping the development team in sync.

Performing maintenance programming for existing versions of websites. Performing custom development upon request. Working independently or in a team on multiple smaller tasks or on larger builds with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Providing efficient solutions in a timely manner for work requests, issues, and defects. Exploring new software development technologies and techniques Planning and conducting cross-browser usability testing against W3C. Testing and validating work produced as part of the development process.

Back-end development and maintenance of websites using PHP and MySQL. Developing compatible User Interface functionality using jQuery & other libraries. Developing web sites using MySQL, PHP, JQuery & other programming tools. Graphic design (web design) and web development, or desktop (ADOBE AIR). Ongoing design and maintenance of new and existing websites. Liaising closely with a customer or client at the design stage.
